Carers, get your body moving!

Join this diverse group peer-led by Paul and facilitated by a qualified fitness trainer, to get your body moving and de-stress your mind. Carers are invited to stay for coffee and a chat after the exercise session. Please only express interest if you intend to participate regularly.
